Our Germanica Top 10 today is an interview on Jake Shields' Fight Back channel entitled 'The Truth About the Murder of Mary Phagan'. The interviewee is a relative of Mary Phagan that has done extensive historical documentation of the case.

Mary Phagan was a 13-year-old girl that was raped and murdered by a jewish sex criminal from a wealthy southern family that owned a pencil factory. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) was originally formed at that time by a group that unsuccessfully tried to overturn the killer's conviction - claiming that his conviction and eventual capital punishment was motivated by antisemitism.

The jury-trial (which included 4 jewish jurors) conviction was upheld upon multiple appeals, and the capital punishment was administered in accordance with law. The interview documents the extraordinary measures taken over many decades by the ADL and its lawyers to overturn a case where the defendant was unequivocally guilty. It stands as a seminal case where every attempt was made to subvert justice to avoid scandal by an ethnic group.

It also speaks volumes about the origin and character of the ADL, and why it cannot be trusted as an objective arbiter to define what constitutes antisemitism.
