Principle 12 - Threats: We will defend our people from groups that consistently attack our people, establishing policies toward those groups based on this behavior.

If a group consistently seeks to undermine our people, our policies toward that group will be based on this behavior, even if a small minority of individuals in that group behaves differently.

We cannot afford to have our policies be influenced by rare exceptions, because unity and consistent policies toward our adversaries is fundamental to our survival.
